Return/Exchange Policy & Questions/Answers

Returns: does not offer refunds. All merchandise can be exchanged or store credit will be available (ship fee is non-refundable). 

-Must be returned within 15 days of receiving the package.

-Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered. 

-Merchandise must have all tags attached and in the original packaging. 

-We, Esme are not responsible for return shipping costs. 

-Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged/store credit.

-Undergarments cannot be exchanged. 

Cancelled orders:

Please note that when you cancel your order there is a $5 fee.


- Do you carry stock?

No, we do not. All pajamas and underwear are cut and made once an order is placed. Processing time is 1-20 days depending on the order.

- How will my purchase show up on the credit card bill?

All orders will show up under the name "Bottoms R Us" on credit card bills.

- When will my order ship?

All orders are cut and made once it is ordered. Processing time is 1-20 days depending on your order. You will receive an email with tracking information from USPS once your order has shipped. Please allow 12-48 hours for tracking information to load on carrier's website.

-Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping to ensure our ESME customers receive their order when they need it. Unfortunately, we do not provide free expedited shipping. The ship fee must be paid by the customer. If you need an order shipped out the same day, please call us at (626) 961-7011 or email us by filling out your information on the CONTACT page on the bottom right hand side.

-Once my order has shipped, how long will it take to arrive?

All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail and will arrive in 1-7 days depending on which state you live in. We ship all our orders from Southern California. 

-I didn't receive my package and it says it has been delivered. What do I do?

Sadly, once the package leaves our facility we are not responsible for any lost/delayed packages. Please contact USPS customer service for additional information on your package.
